Project Design Concept: As society ages, how do we encourage older adults to exercise regularly and prevent sarcopenia? Starlite Technology transforms serious rehabilitation exercises into engaging AR motion-sensing games. This project is designed specifically for older adults. It uses contactless skeletal detection technology, so participants do not need to wear any complex devices. They simply stand in front of the screen to begin. We combine the straightforward squat movement with digital visual feedback, allowing older adults to safely complete strength training in a fun, game-like atmosphere — using technology to promote health.

Interactive Experience Flow:

• Barrier-Free Start: The system automatically detects the participant's position. The interface uses large fonts and high-contrast visuals, making it accessible for older users.
• Real-Time Movement Guidance: The screen displays a virtual coach or playful character to guide older adults through proper squat form.
• Gamification Motivation: Sensors accurately assess movement completion. Each valid squat triggers vivid visual effects and audio feedback on screen, turning exercise into a sense of achievement.
