Project Design Concept: To address the uneven visitor flow across booths in large themed exhibition zones and the problem of short dwell times, a digital challenge system was introduced. At the starting station, visitors are analysed via large-screen image detection to generate a personalised healthcare role avatar and a mission QR code. They then use their mobile devices to complete a digital stamp rally across each hospital zone. This transforms a one-way results showcase into an immersive exhibition journey with high visitor engagement.

Advantages of the Interactive Application:

• Personalised Digital Avatar Guidance: Real-time image detection combined with a six-role algorithm creates a unique character for each visitor at the starting point, significantly boosting self-motivated exploration of the exhibition zone.
• Cross-Zone Smart Stamp Rally Flow Management: Customised hospital stamp rally pages are configured for each character type, effectively directing visitor flow to every corner of the exhibition zone and extending average dwell time across the board.
• Closed-Loop Data Marketing Tracking: The full process — image detection, mission assignment, exhibition zone stamp rally, and physical prize redemption at the counter — is seamlessly connected, giving the organiser smooth management of visitor journey data.
