【Mobile Web Sync】 Gathering Wishes from Thousands | 2025 TRA Bento Festival – 10th Anniversary Message Wall

Project Design Concept: At the 10th anniversary of the TRA Bento Festival, how do you invite thousands of visitors to join the celebration together?

We applied the concept of "BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)", turning each visitor's phone into an input interface. No need to queue for a shared tablet on-site. Visitors simply scan a QR code to open a webpage and type in their birthday wishes for the TRA Bento Festival. Those wishes sync in real time to a large projection wall at the venue, creating a digital wishing wall filled with warmth.

Interactive Experience Flow:

• Scan and Go: Visitors scan the on-site QR code and enter a dedicated message webpage — no app download required.
• Real-Time Cloud Sync: After entering a wish or drawing a picture and tapping send, the system syncs the content to the on-site large screen via cloud technology.
• A Shared Celebration Atmosphere: Watching your own message pop up and cycle through on the big screen makes every participant part of the 10th anniversary celebration.
