【Anti-Fraud Awareness Game】 Anti-Fraud Reaction Challenge | 2024 FinTech Expo - Scam Trap Busting Interaction

Project Design Concept: How do you make the serious topic of anti-fraud engaging?

At the 2024 FinTech Expo, we repackaged a classic reaction-game mechanic. Common high-risk online behaviours — such as phishing links and fake investment ads — were personified as mischievous "scammers" popping up on screen. Visitors tap the touchscreen to strike them down intuitively, relieving stress while building their ability to recognise different types of fraud.

Interactive Experience Flow:

• Intuitive Tapping: Once the game starts, characters representing various fraud tactics appear randomly across the screen.
• Precise Strikes: Players must stay sharp and tap the villains to "fight crime", while carefully avoiding the police characters representing justice — hitting them deducts points.
• Learning Through Play: The fast-paced gameplay builds an instinctive response in participants — see a scam, strike back — all while having fun.
