【Dual-Screen Linked Curation】 Mystery Monopoly | 2024 Smart City Summit & Expo – Mobile AR Treasure Hunt and Motion-Sensing Dice Rolling
Project Design Concept: To help visitors gain a deeper understanding of the "Asia Silicon Valley" initiative, we designed a hybrid challenge game combining "mobile AR puzzle-solving" and "large-screen motion-sensing interaction". The exhibition floor was transformed into a giant treasure map. Visitors first used their phones to search for clues around the exhibition area, then returned to the main stage for a motion-sensing Monopoly showdown. This approach — exploring the exhibition by phone, then demonstrating results through motion-sensing interaction — successfully guided foot traffic across the entire booth and created a lively interactive focal point at the main stage.
Interactive Experience Flow:
- Step 1 Mobile AR Puzzle-Solving: Scan a QR code to launch the web page, then use the phone camera to find hidden AR puzzles throughout the exhibition area (e.g., how many system integration companies are there?). Scan the correct answer to clear the stage.
- Step 2 Motion-Sensing Dice Rolling: After completing the puzzles, step onto the main stage and make a "throwing" gesture toward the large screen. The sensor detects the movement and drives a virtual dice roll, moving the player's character across the Monopoly map.
- Step 3 Motion-Sensing Q&A: Landing on certain squares triggers a Q&A round. Visitors respond to policy-related questions by making a circle (O) or cross (X) gesture with both hands. Correct answers earn points that can be redeemed for physical gifts.
