【Large-Scale Event Warm-Up】 Full-Speed Charge Party｜2024 Far Eastern International Bank Spring Banquet - Multi-Player Linked Cycling Race

Project Design Concept: At a company spring banquet and kickoff rally with over a thousand attendees, how do you instantly energise the crowd and unite team spirit? We built a high-intensity "multi-player relay power generation" interactive system. We connected 4 physical bicycles to the stage lighting and sound system via hardware integration. Competing teams had to pedal hard to accumulate energy and "charge" the on-site DJ booth. This was more than a test of physical endurance — it was a spirited ritual symbolising the entire company moving together to power up for the new year.

Interactive Experience Flow:

• Team Relay Battle: Teams of four mounted the bikes and prepared to sprint.
• Visualised Charging: As pedalling speed increased, the energy bar and special effects on the large screen surged in sync, and the live music intensified accordingly.
• Real-Time Expression Capture: A camera mounted in front of each bicycle captured participants' expressions mid-sprint in real time, streaming them live to the large screen so the audience below the stage could share in the tension and excitement of the race.
