【Senior Agility Challenge】 Button Shuttle Run ｜ 2026 Senior Health Industry Expo - Reaction Training System

Project Design Concept: To promote strength and agility training for older adults, the Ministry of Sports launched the "Button Shuttle Run" smart experience. This project uses a dedicated RFID vitality card to connect the entire session — a simple tap is all it takes to begin the challenge. Colour-coded buttons and a shuttle-run mechanism guide participants through the activity, giving seniors clear instructions to train their reaction speed, coordination, and cardiorespiratory endurance, turning fitness assessment into a rewarding and enjoyable workout.
